PRESS RELEASE — Qtonic Quantum today announced that Gina Fratarcangeli has joined the company as Senior Advisor, AI Transformation and Global Alliances. The former Google Managing Director will advise on enterprise adoption, commercial strategy and partnerships with global systems integrators and cloud providers, helping connect Qtonic Quantum’s cybersecurity capabilities with the organizations and partners responsible for putting them to work.
Fratarcangeli brings experience building and scaling businesses across Google , Accenture, IBM and Genpact. Her appointment adds commercial and alliance expertise to Qtonic Quantum’s Find. Prove. Fix. strategy: identify cryptographic exposure, validate material security risk and establish a practical path to remediation and post-quantum readiness.
For enterprises, that work reaches beyond the security team. Decisions about cryptography affect infrastructure, applications, procurement and the protection of sensitive information. Making progress requires technical evidence that business leaders can evaluate, priorities they can fund and a migration plan their teams and partners can execute.
“Customers need a clear connection between what an assessment finds and what their organization should do next,” said Mark Schrick, Executive Vice President, Strategic Accounts & Global Alliances at Qtonic Quantum. “Gina understands how enterprise leaders, technology providers and delivery partners make those decisions together. Her guidance will help our team build partnerships around the customer’s entire journey – from understanding exposure to planning and carrying out the work.”
At Google , Fratarcangeli served as Managing Director and North America Global Systems Integrator Leader. She oversaw an $8 billion Global Strategic Integrator ecosystem and drove joint AI go-to-market strategies delivering 89% year-over-year growth. Her prior leadership responsibilities included managing profit-and-loss portfolios of up to $5 billion and guiding enterprise modernization for Fortune 1000 companies.
Her advisory work at Qtonic Quantum will focus on enterprise buying priorities, alliance strategy and the integration of post-quantum readiness into broader AI, cloud and infrastructure transformation programs. She will also provide guidance on how the company develops joint offerings and commercial relationships with systems integrators, cloud providers and channel partners.
“Enterprise adoption takes a clear business case, confidence in the technology and agreement on how the work will get done,” said Fratarcangeli. “What drew me to Qtonic Quantum is the discipline behind Find. Prove. Fix. It gives customers a way to move from questions about their exposure to evidence and an actionable plan. I look forward to helping the team bring that approach to more organizations and build the partnerships that support it at scale.”
Qtonic Quantum connects three offerings in that process. QScout discovers cryptographic exposure. QStrike validates material security risks through scoped testing and reviewable evidence. QSolve translates findings into prioritized remediation and migration plans, identifying owners, dependencies and implementation decisions. Together, they give security teams, business leaders and delivery partners a shared basis for action.
Fratarcangeli brings deep expertise in commercializing emerging technologies, shaping go-to-market strategy for next-generation platforms and guiding organizations through complex digital and quantum transitions. She serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards and is an elected member of the International Women’s Forum. She holds quantum and cloud certifications from MIT, executive credentials from Harvard Business School and Wharton, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
