QuEra Computing and HPE Partner to Integrate Fault-Tolerant Neutral-Atom QPUs with On-Premises HPE Cray Supercomputers

QuEra Computing and HPE are partnering to integrate QuEra's neutral-atom quantum processing units (QPUs) with HPE Cray supercomputers, enabling on-premises, hybrid quantum-classical supercomputing for national laboratories and enterprises. This collaboration aims to develop integrated hardware, co-design algorithms, and establish low-latency software for secure and efficient high-performance computing. The post QuEra Computing and HPE Partner to Integrate Fault-Tolerant Neutral-Atom QPUs wit...

Quantum XChange Partners with Carahsoft to Distribute FIPS-Validated Phio TX Platform Across Federal Agencies

Quantum XChange partnered with Carahsoft to distribute its FIPS-validated Phio TX platform to federal agencies, helping them meet post-quantum migration deadlines. The platform provides a crypto-agile management overlay, allowing agencies to hot-swap post-quantum algorithms and protocols without re-architecting applications. Encrypted Redundancy as a Diagnostic Resource: Relational Diagnosis in Quantum Encrypted Cloning

Quantum encrypted cloning encodes an unknown state into several encrypted components, each offering an alternative way to recover it later. We show that this redundancy can also serve for one-shot fault diagnosis: instead of inspecting the encrypted state, we measure relational Pauli observables testing consistency conditions imposed by the encoding. The canonical Yamaguchi--Kempf scheme encodes the input into \(n\) signal--key pairs, all carryi...

End-to-End Quantum Semantic Communication with Variational Quantum Neural Networks

This paper presents a quantum semantic communication (QSemCom) framework combining quantum machine learning (QML) and semantic communication (SemCom). Classical data are compressed into low-dimensional semantic representations, encoded and processed by a variational quantum transmitter, transmitted through a quantum channel, and processed by a trainable quantum receiver for classification. The framework considers a distributed quantum communicat...

A non-robust quantum correlation self-test

We show that exact self-testing of a quantum correlation does not imply robust self-testing. Man\v{c}inska and Schmidt previously established such a separation for non-local games, but their obstruction to robustness arises from two distinct optimal correlations, with the self-tested one remaining robust. We establish the separation for a single correlation. Our proof is operator-algebraic. The main technical contribution is a general constructi...

Pulsed coherent and squeezed driving of a spin-$S$ emitter as a deterministic source of Wigner-negative light

Generating propagating Wigner-negative states of light is an important and difficult task for many quantum technologies. Historically, the proposed methods of creating such states have been intrinsically probabilistic, relying on conditional measurements or photon heralding. More recently, methods have been proposed involving the steady-state driving of two-level emitters, where Wigner-negative temporal modes are present in the outgoing field. W...
