ORCA Computing has launched its PT-3 photonic quantum system in London, integrating it with NVIDIA GPU-accelerated computing infrastructure. This room-temperature system, consuming 6 kW, uses 64 photons across 128 qumodes to enhance classical machine learning models. The PT-3 is designed for generative AI in scientific research and large-scale industrial optimization, demonstrating improved protein designability and a 12x speedup in energy scheduling benchmarks.
