These terms apply to the public website, accounts, and forms on The Quantum Network. By creating an account or continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Who may use the site

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

What the site provides

The Quantum Network publishes news, research listings, events, opportunities, and related community pages. News summaries may be produced with automated tools. They are informational. The site is not a formal journal, and it does not certify research, organizations, or people.

Using the site

You may read, search, and, when signed in, save articles and use the features available to your account. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, interfere with other people's use, or upload material you do not have the right to share.

Accounts

Sign-in is personal. An organization application uses that same account and is reviewed separately. You can deactivate an account from the account page. Deactivation hides the public profile and blocks sign-in until an administrator clears it. A deletion request records a request for the team. It does not remove the account by itself. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and how to download your data.

Your content

You keep your rights in content you submit, including comments, research, organization material, and community applications. You give The Quantum Network permission to host, review, and display that content for operating the service. You can ask for it to be removed through the grievance page.

Copyright and takedown

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice through the grievance page. Include the address of the material, a description of the work, and how to reach you. The page asks for a response within 15 days.

Changes and ending access

We may update these terms. The page shows the current version. We may suspend access when an account breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
